This property was opened in Spring 2009, and from opening day they have been part of the WasteBuster program and have offered recycling as a service to their residents. They even designed and constructed their compactor area to accommodate recycling bins “Rosies”.
The property manager, Margie Johns stated “It’s our pleasure to be partners with the Waster Buster program. Our property is very conscientious of the need to recycle as even shown in the construction our community. We offer a free recycling center; Coffee Bar using recyclable paper products and the carpet in each unit is made from recyclable material. In an office as busy as ours, we even take time to recycle.
