[Lexington, Ky.] – Bluegrass PRIDE (Personal Responsibility In a Desirable Environment) has announced the recent addition of Linda Blue to its staff. She joins PRIDE as an environmental educator.
Blue holds a B.S. in Fine Arts from the University of Louisville and has many years’ experience in environmental education. As an environmental educator, she will be responsible for planning and implementing environmental lessons and activities for students in grades K-12, as well as helping schools develop and establish waste reduction and recycling programs.
“We’re excited to have Linda as a part of our education team,” said Maxine Rudder, Bluegrass PRIDE’s education director. “Her experience in environmental education is a great asset that will enable her to jump right in and begin teaching lessons in the schools.”
